Chris Ferris

Head of IR, Braze

Chris is the IRO at Braze (BRZE), a smid-cap SaaS firm specializing in omni-channel customer engagement, which IPO'd on Nasdaq in November of '21. Prior to Braze, Chris was IR at two other public companies, including an automotive supplier and a media measurement firm. Chris began his career as a sell-side equity research analyst.

Paul Trussell

VP of Investor Relations and Strategic Finance

Paul Trussell joined Nike in June of 2021 as VP of Investor Relations and Strategic Finance. In this role, Paul manages relationships with Nike's largest shareholders ensuring that the company’s strategy and financial results are properly communicated. In addition, he is focused on elevating ESG shareholder engagement and connecting Nike’s purpose, strategy and targets to long-term value creation. Previously, Paul served as a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank leading equity research coverage of consumer companies across two verticals: Apparel/Footwear and Grocery. At DB, Paul also served on the Executive Committee of the Americas Region as Diversity Champion and was co-founder and co-chair of the Black Leadership Forum Employee Resource Group. Paul is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Sean Meakim

Vice President, Investor Relations, HoneyWell

Sean Meakim is Vice President of Investor Relations at Honeywell. In this role, he is responsible for communicating the vision and value of Honeywell’s transformation, business strategy, and progress with shareholders and the broader financial and investor communities.

Prior to joining Honeywell, Sean was a top-ranked Senior Equity Research Analyst at J.P. Morgan from 2014-2021, where he was the #1-ranked Energy Services & Equipment analyst in 2020. Sean began his equity research career at Barclays in 2011.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson School and is a CFA Charterholder.

Deb Wasser

Vice President, Investor Relations and ESG Engagement, Etsy

Deb Wasser currently serves as VP of Investor Relations and ESG Engagement for Etsy, Inc. (Nasdaq: ETSY), the global marketplace for unique and creative goods, with a market capitalization of approximately $15B. She is responsible for Etsy’s external shareholder relationships, with a heavy focus on corporate and financial reporting, driving increased analyst coverage and investor connectivity globally, effective corporate messaging, strategic investor targeting, M&A/transaction communications, and elevating the company’s ESG messaging with the financial community. Deb served as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Investor Relations Institute from 2018-2022 and is a Senior Roundtable member. She has received NIRI's "IRC" certification.

Prior to joining Etsy, Deb led Edelman’s Investor Relations practice in the U.S., and advised the senior management and boards of public companies on strategic communications including investor relations, financial and corporate public relations, transaction communications, crisis communications and leadership positioning.

Tyson McCabe

Head of Americas Advisory, Nasdaq

Tyson McCabe is an Associate Vice President and Head of Advisory, Americas within Nasdaq’s IR Vertical. Mr. McCabe has nearly 17 years of experience providing senior executives at a range of companies with capital markets and shareholder intelligence. In prior roles, he was the Global Head of Advisory Operations, facilitated sales and retention efforts across the Investor Relations function and founded the company’s Special Situations Advisory Program, which provides intelligence to clients facing increased interest from activist investors.

Tyson is a frequent presenter on shareholder activism & governance and has served as a subject matter expert on the topic at several industry conferences and panels. Mr. McCabe joined Nasdaq in 2013 via the acquisition of Thomson Reuters’ Investor Relations, Public Relations and Corporate Communications business. Mr. McCabe graduated from Union College with a BS in Industrial Economics and was a three-year college basketball player. He currently resides in Westport, CT with his wife and two sons.

Michael Stiller

New Initiatives, Capital Access Platforms, Nasdaq

Mike Stiller is currently focused on New Initiatives for Nasdaq’s Capital Access Platforms segment, launching new products with an aim to accelerate business segment growth and expand buyer personas. Mike was previously responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of Nasdaq's ESG Advisory practice, a practice he launched in 2019. The practice consists of a global team that partners with public and private companies to initiate and advance ESG programs built for capital markets audiences. Engagements range from advising senior management and boards on environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics to guiding companies through ESG strategy building and designing ESG engagement strategies with long-term investors.

Mike has spent the last ten years with Nasdaq in various capacities, including business development, strategy, and advising corporates on institutional investors & capital markets topics. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Mike spent time on the buy-side at a technology, media and telecom (TMT) hedge fund and a macroeconomic volatility arbitrage fund.
